Problem integration Applications mamager with ServiceDesk Plus
Dear SDP Support Team and every ones,
Good day...
We have already in place Op-Manager and "Network Configuration Management" as an add-on, in addition they working just fine; so I'm wondering if you can help me to find out what benefits that I can gain of implementing ServiceDesk Plus 8.0.
In the second point, I installed SDP 8.0 trial version for auditing purpose "asset management"; and Applications manager 9.0 trial version.
The problems are:
1) I need to integrate App manger with SDP, in the App manger documentation wrote "
This feature supports Applications Manager with ServiceDesk Plus integration" they are two way, the first step on both:
Under
Admin Tab, click on ServiceDesk Settings
the problem is: I can't to find "ServiceDesk Settings" on admin tab.
2) I tried to do it from managed server, so what is the server ID? from help comment "*Id present under Installation Information table under Support Tab of the Managed Server.". there is no Installation Information table under support in SDP.
3) where is the " Jump to" tab in app manager? I cant to see it in version 9 either version 10.
4) what about add-on/settings? there is nothing under admin tab.
5) SDP dashboard is very small and poor, how can I fixed it? is there any add-on , tools or application can customize a wide range of widgets? Is applications manager can do it "from app manager create dashboard for SDP"?
plz give me details help information. My goals are
I) To integrate Op-manager 8 with SDP 8, also
II) Dashboard in SDP is very Poor, which is the purpose of installing App manager.
