Problem integrating Service Desk
Hi ! I have a problem with the service desk integration.
Service desk is full licensed, OpManager is the free trail version for testing.
I can connect to the service desk (Successfully tested and added the ServiceDesk Plus server details) but the details from Service Desk where not importet or can not be accessed.
When I want to add a notification profile - log a ticket - there are no values in the fields filled from service desk.
The Service desk works with importet AD-accounts.
Also the server details can not be displayed because opmanager uses the IP-Adress for the server-name to fetch the details from servicedesk and in servicedesk are the servernames stored not the ip-adresses (input from AD-Scan).
