Problem Reported
è I’m not able to open the Opmanager Console after I closed the Opmanager Console Tab.
è On opening the Opmanager Console it’s prompting me to enter the license key even though I’m using the Evaluation version.
Evaluation version was used for only 3 days. (Evaluation Period – 30 Days)
Server Configurations
è OS – Windows XP with SP2
è Browser Used – IE 8.0
è OpManager Edition – Professional
è OpManager Build Version – 8050
Steps Performed to Solve the Problem
è Restored the previous Backed Up Database and even then also facing the same issue.
è Repaired the Database.
Still the problem is persisting. Is there a other way out except for reinstalling the application.
