Problem in OP7 Adding Switch!

I have installed OP7 in Windows 2003 Server,and used MS SQL as OP7's Database,when I add swithces I meet a serious problem.
I added a cisco 2950-48G using 10 mins,I found that OP7 needs long time to add it's ports,then OP7 returns "add successfully".Meantime I check "task management",there only sqlsvr.exe using 45%-70% CPU and 201M memory.
It's very slow,add a switch needs 10mins.I have 52 switches.So,how can I do to solve this problem??
