Problem in loading field while editing a request life cycle
Hello friends,
When I want to create or edit a request lifecycle and make some fields mandatory or optional in a transaction, there are no fields to select.
In addition, it is not possible to create a custom request filter on the requests page, and nothing happens when I click on the button related to it.
My Servicedesk plus version is 14300
The database is MSSQL
By the way, I have checked this problem on the newly installed program. When the program database is empty, there is no problem, but when the previous database backup is restored, these problems are encountered again.
It can be assumed that the problem is with the database records of the program.
Please guide me to solve this problem.
