Problem in adding Cisco 2811

Hi,

We are currently using OpManager Pro for our network monitoring tasks. Recently, we have installed a new router and we would like to have it monitored by OpManager as well. The addition of this new router went on without a hitch except that it is categorized as a SWITCH rather than a ROUTER. When we try to correct this via DEVICE PROPERTIES, the router is deleted on the list of devices that are currently being monitored. We tried repeating the process but the same thing happens... it is like OpManager does not want us to re-classify the device as a router.

Hope you can shed some light on our problem.
