Problem converting to x64 from x86
Hello
I am trying to apply an upgrade from 13010 to 14004, but need to convert to x64 first.
I am following the instructions at https://pitstop.manageengine.com/portal/en/kb/articles/how-to-migrate-servicedesk-plus-to-64-bit-installation-from-32-bit-installation
During the x64 conversion, the conversion fails, and the output data reads like below:

So.. it's almost like I need a x64 installer for the 13010 version?
Any help would be appreciated.
