We are still in the evaluation portion of testing this product. I have already brought up the fact that an ongoing change blocks out the entire time span on the calendar. This is unacceptable if you have a change once a week but the entire time is blocked out.
I have also found that putting a closed date on a problem does not change the status of the problem to closed. The problem remains open and in the problem list. Not only do you have to change the problem to closed but you also have to change the status to closed. Extra steps.
If a change has been completed*, how do you remove it from the change list? I don't want to delete it, but there doesn't seem to be a way to remove it after putting a completed date in the ticket.
Please advise,
thanks.
* I did find how to remove the change by closing it, BUT, this has to be done through the drop down menu which is different than closing anything else in this program.
