Problem access web site

I have PMP version 9.1.0
2 windows server 2012 r2 in HA
sometimes happens that the web site is not reachable at the address
https://myipsite:7272
If I check the service , the service is running
After the sevice restart , the problem is solved
Have you any idea about the problem reason??
Do you need any logs
