Problem: configuring mail server setting

Problem: configuring mail server setting

I am trying to configure mail server setting for my exchange 2007 server. I always get the error. Unable to establish connection with the given detail. check username and password. I have tried several different login, the domain admin, exchange admin etc no luck. I have tried domain\username no luck any ideas
