Probe Web Client "Loading..."
Hi,
We've installed the Central server on a GoDaddy server and the probe at our co-location. I pointed the probe to the public IP of the Central server, but when I try to open the web client on the probe it just sits there with a "Loading..." message on the top left-hand corner after logging in.
As far as I know all the ports are open for Manage Engine. Do I need to establish a VPN or something else in order to connect?
