Probe vs Agent
Hi,
I seem to remember one of your support guys saying that (at some point in the future), OpManager (I am looking at the MSP product) will offer a full agent which can be installed on every computer being managed, rather than just the remote control agent.
One of the things we need is the ability to monitor and manage computers that are not connected to the same network as the customer's probe (laptops, home computers where we manage those as well).
Is this correct?
