Probe down not showing in the customer dashboard (MSP)

I wonder if it is a feature, or just a bug
I had problem with communication with one probe. The alarm was detected and generated with category "probe".

The problem is that this alarm was among other alarms. Since thre was no other alarm for that specfic probe, the first look at the dashboard (on the home page) was showing no error and it apperead as if everything was OK

Suggestion 1 : add a column or some error indication in the dashboard to show probe status. Maybe mark the whole line as greyed out or something like this.

Suggestion 2 : When the communication with a probe is not working, the status of all the devices monitored by that probe are not necessary valid anymore. One way to represent this situation would be to indicate the status of each devices as suspect without oculting the previous status... Hence a device that was critical would become Critical/suspect, a device Clear would become Clear/suspect etc... I dont have any merit for this solution , it is a common practice in the electrical industry to represent Device Breaker as suspect if the telco line is in failure. The system really reports the last know status, indicating that we cannot rely on it for decision making.

That would bring a clear graphical representation that the status seen cannot be realy trusted
