Probe does not send 3COM interface details for some ports
I am having a 3com switch on one of my Probe. Model number 3C17701-US
If I connect to the probe, I see all channels. I can click on the channels and I see trafic information etc.
If I connect to the central, I see only channels up to 19 ( on the pictoral representation).
If I click on the switch device, I see device details, and in the interface part at the bottom of the page, I see all channels, but for port 20 and up, rather than seeing counters in the RX TX utilizations, I see N/A ??? although, I have only one port configured on the switch (24) and it is marked as OK (green) and the others are Yello (normal sinc nothing is connected)...
If I click on the port 20 and up, I see the error message "Unabel to fetch interface details"
I wonder why the probe sees the information and its all correct, but it is not sent to the Central.
