probe authenication key help

i would like to ask a few question on this subject

my senerio is central server installed on NOC prob installed on x location

lets says we will be creating a new NOC in the same network and will faze out the old NOC with a new NOC or change the location from a server to another server will the probe still point to the new NOC or is there away to re direct the probe to another noc with out re installing it and getting a prob auth key from the central commnad? also i have looked at what ports have to be open but am still a bit confused if we have the central server running at NOC what ports do we need to open for the central server so the probs can point to it are they port thanks so much
