Priority Matrix

We've had a priority matrix set up in SDP for a while now and it had been working fine until this new year began.

This is what it looks like:



However when we're either editing a ticket or creating a new one, the auto assignment of priority is working sometimes for some of these and sometimes not, e.g.:
Here we can see it working correctly



However here you can see it not working



The weird part about all this is after you hit save/update, the ticket will reflect the correct priority assignment, so it's not a huge problem just annoying if you don't know the matrix off by heart.
