Hi, we recently finished our evaluation of SDP and purchased the Professional version

However - we were evaluating Enterprise and it seems that one of the features we used, Priority Matrix, has been removed from the editable options, but is still causing effects.

This means that users cannot manually set a priorty and we cannot put it in a request template, because it complains that it is automatically set with the matrix, which we now cannot disable.
