Printer Problem
I am using OpManager5 (registered) in my office and have set-up the snmp service to monitor my printers. Ideally a notification would only be sent out in the event of a fault to my helpdesk department. How do I configure this? I have looked through the notification menus and it doesn't seem like you can get that granular with your notification profiles.
Currently, it is sending every printing SNMP trap including "Printing is in progress" as a notification. Is there a way to suppress specific TRAPs, so only faults are sent.
