Previously could do domain scan, now cannot, running samba

Hi All,

I installed SD 7 on a windows 2000 server and could never successfully run a Domain Scan I called tech support, they said it was because I'm using Samba with an ldap backend. I installed it on a Windows XP machine and it scanned the domain without problem.

Now I called support again to ask them to get it working on my windows 2000 server (where it will be installed if we buy it), and I went to show them how it worked on the windows xp machine, and it is giving an error as well, it tries enumerating then gives a general failure message.

I watched the logs on my domain controller, nothing showed up in samba or ldap.

Anyone else have any experiences in this?
