Preventive Maintenance Tasks - Periodic Scheduling

Hi,


I'm trying to configure the Preventive Maintenance Tasks using the periodic scheduling.

In a scenario where there is a task with 30 days, and for some reason I need to activate it earlier, the 30 days do not start counting from that time, but from the date of creation.

I need the 30 days to always start counting from the last time a ticket is generated, either manually or automatically.

By the tests that I did the system ignores when I run the task manually.


Am I missing something?
