Preventive Maintenance requests not working
Hello,
I have a number of Preventive Maintenance tasks that I have setup that are not automatically creating tickets. They are all setup to be scheduled for Mondays at 9:00 am. I have to go in there and manually send them out to the technicians. Can somone help with this?
