Prevent ticket creation for users
Is there a way to prevent users from opening tickets, but allow them to check the status of tickets? We want to force all tickets to only be created at the Help Desk, but give the users the ability to check the status of their tickets.
I was thinking that you can modify the SDGuest role, but it doesn't look like there is an option for that.
