Currently, our technicians do not have the "Adding Requester" authority in their roles.

 

However if they send an email with a line similar to the following, a new obsolute requester is automatically added.

@@REQUESTER=anyobsoluteusername@@

 

If the defined requester name does not exist, I would prefer that line to be ignored and technician's name to be used as a requester.

 

Is there anyway that I can achieve this? We are using SDP+ 8.1.0 Build 8114
