Hello,
We have had several complaints from our users when their request is created before they have completed submitting a service request through the self-service portal.
We have discovered that this happens if they press enter when completing any of the additional 'resource' fields.
It effectively does the same as hitting 'Add Request'.
Further inspection shows this also happens for the technicians.
Has this already been reported as an issue?
We're on build 9039.
