Hi all,

I've recently started using the PowerBI connector for Service Desk Plus Cloud, and I'm having some trouble loading the data from Service Desk to PowerBI.

When I try to request the data for the tables I need, I am consistently hit with "Waiting for other queries" on all of the datasets, except for one which just hangs at "Evaluating...". In the screenshot provided, this is Users table, but it changes each time I attempt to load the data.

Does anyone else have any experience with this, and has anyone found a workaround?
