PostgresSQL server not starting
trying to deploy SD + TESTING IT FOR POSIBLE IMPLEMEMTATION! on :
Ubuntu Server 23.04
4CPU
16G RAM
500GB HDD
getting error "PostgresSQL server not starting"
this is not a good beginning.
