Postgres not installed

Hi,
I am trying to evaluate AppManager 11 so I installed it on a Windows 2012 server
During the installation, I chose to use the postgres database - everything completed without issues
However, there is no web console ( just a blank screen),and the followin error in the logs
ERROR: database "amdb" already exists

Your prompt response will be greatly appreciated
