I've tried installing the new hotfix to 10.1.2127.12 three times now, but I keep getting the same error:

"Postgres DB migration failed. The action can't be completed because the folder or a file in it is open in another program. Close the folder or file and try again."

After I click "OK" it reverts the installation progress. We are currently on 10.1.2121.4.
