We recently upgraded our DC Server build to 10.0.70.  Everything appeared to go well, except I noticed (via our Netflow monitor) that our domain controllers started sending data to computers with the DC agent installed in increments of 73 MB throughout the day.  If I stop the DC server service, the domain controllers stop doing this.  And as soon as I start the service again, it starts to do this again.  I'm hoping there's someone else out there that's seen this behavior and that there's some quick fix otherwise I'll probably try creating a new instance of the server.
