Possible to link the Auto-response email to an external source?
Hoping it is possible to use the auto-response email to link to an attachment such as PDF or Excel file. Our requesters would like to receive those emails and be able to reference it to the attachment that they sent in. Maybe by setting up a link using the Request ID#. Is that possible?
