Possible to enable Spell Check by default for all large text fields?

Possible to enable Spell Check by default for all large text fields?

Is it possible to enable the Spell Check feature of the editor for all large text fields such as Description and Resolution in the Request module? Or is that something has to be specifically run by the person typing in that field?
