Possible to amend resolution or completed dates?
Hi,
Sometimes we forget to put requests onhold, or carry out the work but forget to update the request - is it possible to go back and amend the completion or resolution dates on requests?
I appreciate that only admin users should have this sort of access, but it would be useful to 'correct' mistakes on requests.
