Possibility to remove details from request view
Hello,
I'm still exploring all the functionalities of SDP and I've yet to find a way to customize the request view so that technicians don't see all information related to a ticket?
For some support teams it might be vary redundant with information on what template was used, mode etc...
So, is there a nice and quick way to change what fields appear in the request view? Maybe a basic setting I've missed, maybe some change needed in the archive, maybe there's an open suggestion on the roadmap page?
New to ADSelfService Plus?
