Possibility of changing ### against spam filtering recognition?

In recent days we have received from customers increased feedback that notifications of our support system end up in spam . We suspect that it is because of the special characters in the subject line . Is it possible to exchange the ### before and behind the ticket ID , for example, against " yyy " ? If yes, where can I configure that ticket emails are even more recognized and assigned automatically ?
