Some of our customers are asking for a possibility for add the attachments of a request into the notifications.

For example, if a new request with attachment is assigned to a technician, the notification that the technician recieve, he would be able to recieve the attachments of the request inmediately without enter to the env. for downloading.

Does this function is in the SD+ roadmap?
