Populating servicedesk fields from email

Populating servicedesk fields from email

I would like to populate a servicedesk field from an email request.

Specifically I would like to be able to map to the workstation field. Everything I have seen on the forums says this was in the roadmap on request published in 2006, I am hoping that this is now included...?
