So I've found some information about this from older versions of the on-prem version of SDP but nothing for cloud.

Here's the question; how do you auto-populate information in Tasks with information drawn from a service request.

Scenario:

New Hire Request.

The requester puts in that an AD account and Laptop is required for their new hire.

The Service Request template creates the tasks based on the filled in UDF fields

Next Step:

I want those tasks to automatically contain details such as the requester name and what model laptop is being requested (selected as a resource). 

This is mainly so when a technician doesn't have to keep referring back to the parent request while going through their task list.
