Is there a way to populate description field with misc information which is already in SDP db?

When a user chooses a template the description field get populated in predefined way.

For example in my template it maybe something like:

Name: $userfullname

DDI: $otherphone

Mobile: $mobilephone

E-mail: $mail

and so on... we can do something similar when we generate a notification email, but I need this to be tied to a specific template.
