As you know pops and impas protocols have been disabled on exchange online and we cannot use them anymore to fetch emails from our support mailbox, I tried to change to ewas with oath following this tutorial:

but i am stuck in last step as my servidesk installation is not published on the internet and is only accesible trough azure app proxy, when i click save it gives and error after authentication.

I would be grateful if anybody could help me
