Pop-Up window or Task Manager Notification for expired windows password?

Pop-Up window or Task Manager Notification for expired windows password?

We have some policies in play that normally block the expired password message for our domain users. Is there a way Desktop Central can display a notification to the end user telling them their password will expire in 'X' amount of days? If not can a Auto e-mail be sent?
