Poll using TCP
Hi All,
My problem is that two of my servers are not pingable. Therefore, I hace to use TCP polling. I configured TCP poll for port 22 and then 80. However, in both cases OpManager can see that the device is up, but for packet loss it shows N/A or 100%. As a result, it shows 100% unavailability on graphs and reports.
Please help to correct availability monitoring using TCP polls.
