I have custom monitor and to compare tx/rx transfered data from previous day to today (using interval 1440 minutes)

How we can set the start time of poll time? So i want the the poll always running for everyday and at 12AM midnight? Current condition now the poll always start when i create the custom monitor, let say the custom monitor created at 7AM, so with interval 1440 minutes the poll always running everyday but on 7AM.
