Occasionally, I am unable to verify the synchronization of passwords in PMP back to Active Directory. I get an orange 'Verification Failed' message. I am able to manually verify that the user in PMP and the user in AD are in sync. When a password is out of sync the message is in red text and reads 'Password is not in sync'.
I have checked the PMP agent installed to services and it isn't started; however, it isn't started for resources (different Active Directory) that don't have this problem. So that isn't it. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the PMPagent. I can usually get it to work for about 5 seconds before it fails again.
Any advice or steps to take?
