Has anyone figured out how to get support for PMP? I am running the latest version of PMP and Bulk Password Reset in Windows works
on a seemingly random basis. The official "support" process is to wait a week after a complaint and then, when you ask why you have not heard anything, they suggest you "run it again"
It is becoming pretty obvious that they are just stalling and have no idea and no willingness to solve the problem. When I tell them what I am seeing and what I have done, it is either ignored or twisted.
If there is anyone out there who is having success using PMP Bulk Password Reset on Windows servers with the PMP Agent I would be ever so grateful for your time and insight. I am running Build 6903 and I believe our problems started with the 6900 Build. My latest attempt to run a group of 9 servers this morning produced an Audit report saying there were 6 Triggers and 8 Changes. I never did get an email showing final results. When you extrapolate this to our normal group of 360 Windows servers, it becomes VERY difficult to figure out what worked and what did not work.
I hope all this ranting will fall on at least one sympathetic ear.
