Hello,

I´ve rebooted Windows 2019 server with PMP (SQL Express version). After reboot, PMP service wont run, stopped immediatly after service start.

I also checked logs. SQL server is working, DB is online and I am able to browse tables. I also checked connection via Powershell and via Telnet.
