PMP Server running when attempting to create the High Availability Pack

Hi guys,

Having a problem setting up High Availability on our PMP Server. When I issue the command hasetup.bat (Primary) (Secondary) I am returned with the error message:

PMP server is running. Stop the server and try again.

I have used both the shortcut Stop Server and issued the command PMP.exe -stopservice and get the following error message

Unable to stop the PMP Server. REASON: The Service has not been started.

I have terminated both the PMP service in the Task Manager, I have disabled PMP service and restarted both servers. mysqld process is not running on either server.

Does anyone have any ideas what it thinks is running and how to resolve this ?
