Our current PMP database is running on Postgres and we are wondering if there is an easy way to sanatize or empty a copy of the database for some work we need to complete.

We currently don't know the structure of the database but we'd like our local postgres expert to have access to it for some mapping and API work he will be doing. I'm reluctant to give him the whole database as it obviously contains sensitive information. Is there any way I can drop the data from a cloned backup, effectively giving him an empty database to work out tables, relationships etc?
