PMP agent problem

PMP agent problem

I am having an issue with PMP Agent to Server communications, receiving the following error message in the PMP WEB GUI  file when I start the service.
I can't seem to get PMP to reset the windows passwords reliably, about 100% of the time It fails with a " The agent is not installed to 192.XXX.XXX.XXX" error.
