Please Help: Problem with power and netflow

Dear Sir,

i have currently installed an evaluation version of Netflow at a customers site. After the installation it worked fine.. But my query is that my customer has switched off the power to the router temporarilly and when he switched it back on.. No graphs are displayed... it says the netflow packets are 0 and packets are being exported from the router but its not displayed in the web console.. All the commands that i have typed into the router are still present. Please help me to rectify this issue..
