We have planned a annual infrastructure maintenance on our primary Data Center in the USA on 25th December, 2021, between 06.30PM and 09.30PM PST, and on 01st January, 2022, between 06.30PM and 09.30PM PST. This maintenance will help us support our expanding server far more efficiently.

During this maintenance, we will be switching ServiceDesk Plus Cloud to our secondary Data Center to ensure that our services continue functioning.
